If Illinois resident, you must possess FOID card or be under the supervision of someone with one.
Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction
Always keep the action open and firearm unloaded until ready to use
If some yells cease-fire, stop immediately and render the gun safe.
Know your target and what is beyond
Use common sense, if the field to the south is being farmed be patient, it does not take very long and we will be out of the way.
Shooters should call “Cease Fire” if they see a safety hazard on the range
Always obey the instructions of our Range Officer, if one is present.
Wear eye and ear protection at all time when in the shooting area
Only 1 firearm at a time can be fired in each lane
Always keep firearms unloaded until you are at the firing line
Load and unload firearms at the firing line ONLY
Tracer, incendiary, exploder or armor piercing rounds are prohibited
Use of Tannerite is prohibited on the range
The use of drugs or alcohol is not allowed before, during or after on the range.
Anybody under the age of 18 MUST be supervised by an adult!
If you choose to add a target it must be placed so that at least 30 inches from the top of the berm and within 3 feet of the sides of the berm no exceptions!
You must either sign a waiver of liability or have on file from a previous visit before shooting
Using a 50 caliber or larger weapon on the range is prohibited unless supervised by the owners of the range. The only exception is law enforcement!
Fully automatic guns are prohibited unless used in police training by law enforcement
